MedARC (Medical AI Research Center) is a medical AI reseach organaization. MedARC aims to build a public community for contributions and develop foundation models for medical AI research.
The progress of AI in other fields has had huge leaps, applications of AI in medicine have had minimal impact so far and translation to real-world applications is challenging. To address these challenges, they believe a novel, open, and decentralized approach to medical AI research is needed.
