	All my participants have forgotten at least once to cancel their subscriptions and lost money.

	
	I have conducted 5 user interviews, and collected 21 user surveys to understand deeply their digital subscriptions usage, habits and their frustrations.

The kitchen planner normally hired by kitchen retailers and studios, they guide customers, select products, and ultimately decide the manufacturer and the units in the final kitchen planning.

As the UX/UI designer, I led the user interviews and created the interview guildelines. Based on the feedback, the tabs of Kitchen inspirations and Customer needs requires more interaction, which is not necessary.Navigation should be as simple as possible.

	All my interviewees thought the 
workflow could be easier.I conducted user interviews with 5 bubble tea store managers and learned about the 
daily challenges they are facing and they are using multiple tools like POS machines,&#38;nbsp;
Microsoft Excels, Google Sheets, notebooks and pen to manage the entire operation.

	Value vs Effort.

At first, I gathered extensive insights from my interviews and felt overwhelmed by the various issues - for example, managers found knowing staff clock-ins and clock-outs cumbersome. To focus my efforts, I used a value vs. effort matrix to prioritize key issues and chose to design solutions for expense management and ingredient-level tracking.


Implement further functions.
If I have more time, I will further explore more opportunities of managing expenses, for instance, currently, the user need to upload the invoice, what if they only have physical invoice, can we add a feature to scan the invoice to manage the expenses? Also, I will design the experience of how staff interact with this product.

I researched 4 competitors in the current market, what I took away were: 
Conversational copy makes the app more approachable.A variety of sound options offers choices but can also overwhelm and become addictive.Minimalist visuals with simple graphics reduce cognitive load, promoting relaxation.Most white noise uses natural sounds, which can feel neutral or lack emotional warmth.

	User Feedback
	I conducted a user testing of 12 people to evaluate whether Purrr helps them relax and how satisfied they are with it.

All my participants found it's very straightforward to use Purrr. Interestingly, 1 person mentioned she would also use Purrr as a focus clock to help her stay concentrated.

	Takeaways

	Learned to create a design system from scratch and to collaborate with a developer and hand off final deliverables.&#38;nbsp; I challenged myself to think of many different designs for the home page and distill the main core features. If I had more time, I would really like to explore other opportunities to help stressful people relax and conduct more research on the business impact of relaxation solutions overall and&#38;nbsp;continue to gather user feedback and make improvements.

Collaborated with cross-functional team members, I honed my skills in conducting the reseach and delivering the design in 2 weeks. Due to some constriants, only the “Stake” section was launched.
Data InsightsIf I have more time, I will set up the website with Google analysis to have data-driven insights and hopefully to see the improvement on engagement. Also, continue to gather feedback and make improvement.
